Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

• We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over €245 / $290 USD.

• For orders below this threshold, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Standard delivery times vary by destination.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• European Union (EU): All orders ship duty-free within the EU. No additional customs or import taxes will apply.

• United States: Duties and import taxes are covered by Valore Equestrian. You will not be charged extra upon delivery.

• Other International Destinations (outside EU & US): Orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot predict the amount in advance.

Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.

Delays

While we strive to deliver promptly, international shipping may occasionally be delayed due to customs clearance or circumstances outside our control.
